Every performance evening and lunchtime (Tuesday to Saturday), the Resto des Tanneurs welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere.

Our passionate team offers you a short, creatively prepared menu. Each dish is prepared with care to offer you an authentic culinary experience. Le Resto des Tanneurs uses seasonal produce and organic vegetables.

The menu varies according to the season. In winter, you can enjoy a simmered or baked dish. In summer, you’ll be treated to mixed dishes. In both summer and winter, soup of the day, signature hot dogs and snacks are on the menu, along with a full drinks menu (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.).

Daniel’s love of cooking blossomed at the Oma restaurant in Saint-Gilles, a Belgian family restaurant where everything is prepared on the premises. He excels in preparing dishes based on fresh, local produce, bursting with imagination. Daniel takes an innovative approach to traditional dishes! If you haven’t yet had the chance to try his Signature Hot Dog, now’s the time!

Alice developed her passion for cooking at the Relais du Triporteur, a family restaurant in Watermael-Boitsfort. Her daily challenge? To create dishes using ingredients from the local grocery shop, combining imagination and seasonal cooking, while minimising waste. Having trained with various chefs, Alice draws her inspiration from cuisines from all over the world and advocates a philosophy of ‘cuisine without borders’.
