Some 124 light-years from Earth, planet K2-18b hovers at the edge of imagination, drawing the hopes and drifting thoughts of artists. There, we are told, life might be possible. And so the question unfolds: as humanity moves through grief and loss against a backdrop of war and the rise of fascism, can we begin to imagine another place – another way - where a gentler world might take root?
